PlayDance! Online is a free dance and rhythm game for PC where you go head to head, live, with people from everywhere. There is no company or studio behind it: it's us, TimoPunk and Maferina, two players from Peru who decided one day not to let it die.
01Who we are
This game has something we never found anywhere else: the full room, the countdown, the combo you drop on the very last note and the rematch right after. When its official servers went dark, all of that was gone. We wanted it back.
Today the two of us run it. We look after the servers, the launcher and this website, add songs, set up events and answer every ticket ourselves. No investors, no ads. Recharges and the Dance Pass Premium are optional, and they are what pays for the servers.

Make SDO global and better for everyone.
It sounds big, and it is. We want a dance game anyone can join for free, from any country and on almost any PC, with someone always waiting in a room. Every update we ship is a step in that direction.

04What people ask us most
Is it really free?
Yes. Download the game, create an account and play every mode without paying anything. If you want to support us you can recharge or get the Dance Pass Premium, but you don't need either to enjoy the game.
What do I need to play?
A Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11 PC and an internet connection. The installer downloads the game for you and, if your PC is missing DirectX, installs that too.
Who is behind PlayDance!?
The two of us: TimoPunk and Maferina, admins and players, from Peru. We revived the game and keep it running day by day.
Can I play with people from other countries?
Of course. Rooms are real-time and bring together players from many countries. Ending a match with new friends is pretty common.
How do I know I'm downloading the right game?
Only download it from the Download page on playdance.net or from links we post on our official Discord. If someone sends you a different installer, don't open it.
I have a problem. Who do I talk to?
Open a ticket from your account and one of us will answer. Found a bug? Tell us in the forum. And for a quick question, there's always someone on Discord.
