PRIVACYPOLICY
We collect only what we need to run the server and your account. Here’s exactly what that means.
01What we collect
Account data: username, email address, nickname and password (stored as a hash, never in plain text).
Game data: characters, scores, rankings, coins and play time. For official streamers we also store streaming statistics.
Technical data: the IP address you sign up and connect with, used against fraud and multi-accounting and to enforce bans.
What you post on the website (forum threads and replies, news comments, support tickets, avatar) and your top-ups (amount and status).
02How we use it
To run your account and the game, save your progress, show rankings, prevent cheating, fraud and multi-accounting, answer support tickets and credit your top-ups.
We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
03Payments
Donations are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We don’t store your card or bank details — only Stripe or PayPal handle them. We only receive the amount and the status of the payment.
04Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run the site: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), our email provider (Resend), Cloudflare (security and bot checks) and, when you play a video, YouTube.
05Emails
We only email you about your account: confirming your address when you sign up and password recovery. No newsletters, no marketing.
06Cookies & local storage
We only use essential cookies: to keep you signed in, protect forms and remember your language. No tracking or advertising cookies. The full list is in the Cookies tab.
07Keeping & deleting data
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time through a support ticket.
You can also ask for a copy of your data the same way.
